Speaking Freely: Ending Violence against Children in Custody: Findings from Research with Children and Young People
This report presents the findings of research carried out with children and young people with experience of custody. It highlights their views and opinions about their personal experiences of violence in custody and their recommendations for how it can be reduced or eradicated. The report is published as part of the Ending Violence against Children in Custody project, a European Commission funded project which aims to support and empower children and young people with direct experience of custody to campaign for violence-free custodial settings.
