New Briefing - The Concluding Observations of the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination: Key children's rights issues

In August 2024, the UK was examined on its compliance with the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD). Following this, the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination published its Concluding Observations. The the Committee raised many significant concerns regarding the rights of racialised children.
