CRAE and Just for Kids Law submitted evidence to the Joint Committee on Human Rights inquiry on Black people, racism, and human rights. This submission is informed by our work monitoring implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in England, as well as our direct advocacy and legal case work with children and young people.
